Twenty-five years of building and operating enterprise infrastructure, the last decade of it in cloud architecture and identity. The work has spanned regulated healthcare estates, financial services environments, and enterprise SaaS platforms — the places where an access decision has consequences someone has to answer for.

That history is the reason AuditGraph exists. After enough migrations, enough audits, and enough incident post-mortems that traced back to a service principal nobody could account for, the gap stopped looking like a tooling preference and started looking like a product.

How we work

Senior people,
on your actual problem.

The consulting model most organizations have experienced is that senior people sell the work and junior people do it. We are too small for that to be possible, which turns out to be the feature.

It also constrains us honestly: we take on what two experienced practitioners can do properly. If an engagement needs a bench we do not have, we will tell you that rather than staffing it and hoping.

You talk to the builders

No account manager relaying questions to an engineer and the answer back. The person answering has read the code.

We scope honestly

Including when the honest answer is that your problem is not one we should take. That conversation is free and quick.
