NexgenixLabs LLC (“NexgenixLabs”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit nexgenixlabs.com or use our products, including AuditGraph.

1. Information we collect

• Contact information — name, email address, company and message content when you submit a form or contact us directly.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on page, collected automatically when you visit the website.
• Product data — for AuditGraph customers, read-only cloud configuration metadata obtained via Microsoft Graph and Azure Resource Manager APIs. We do not store credentials, and we never request write access.

2. What we do not collect

AuditGraph classifies resources structurally — by type, configuration and labeling. We do not read the contents of your storage accounts, databases or datasets, and we do not ingest your activity logs unless you explicitly grant that optional scope.

3. How we use information

• Respond to enquiries and provide support
• Deliver, operate and improve our products and services
• Send product updates, security notices and service communications
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and strict access controls. AuditGraph enforces tenant isolation at the database layer, so one customer's data is not reachable from another customer's session.

5. Retention and deletion

Discovery snapshots are retained to support change analysis over time. On termination, customer data is deleted on request. Customers may ask for the current retention schedule in writing.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for website functionality. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell browsing data. Web fonts are self-hosted, so visiting this site does not disclose your IP address to a third-party font provider.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nexgenixlabs.com.

8. Third-party services

We use Web3Forms to process contact form submissions; submissions are transmitted to that service to reach our inbox. These providers are governed by their own privacy policies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
